Preparation/review of consolidated management accounts pack

Preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasting,

My Client is an award-winning, social-first publishing brand., with content fromcurrent affairs to sports. They have access to some of the biggest names, as well as partnering with many of the world's leading brands.

Description

Preparation/review of consolidated management accounts pack for 3 multi currency/territory entities, including full ledger reviews, manual journals (revenue allocations, interest, salary adjustments etc), margin analysis, revenue reconciliation

Preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasting, liaising with key internal business partners as appropriate

Preparation/review of balance sheet reconciliations

Review and submission of VAT returns for UK and Irish entities

Preparation of short term and long term consolidated cash flows, ensuring completeness and accuracy

Liaising with sales teams in both UK and Ireland to understand and translate forecasts into cash flow

Preparation of revenue tracker reports to aid forecasting

Calculation of monthly sales commission and subsequent review of monthly payrolls

Oversight of Accounts Assistant including quality of output, adhering to deadlines, development and input into performance reviews

Ad hoc analysis and reporting for senior management and supporting the Financial Controller

Profile

Newly qualified ACCA/CIMA

Industry experience

Self starter, experience of end to end management account production

Work on own initiative

Attention to detail and good time management/multi-tasking

Xero experience - beneficial
