Interim Audit Senior - Up to £65k - 10 month FTC
Client Details
My client is looking to recruit a qualified Accountant for an 8- 10 month assignment. The role is hybrid, committing to 2 days in office (central Edinburgh).
Description
The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Production of Group financial statements to a high standard and compliant with requisite accounting standards.
- Produce comprehensive financial reporting service- this would include budget and cash flow monitoring/forecasting and cost transparency reporting.
- Investment back-office functions and global custody of assets, including valuation, reconciliation and record-keeping for transactions therein.
- Shared service investment collaboration - invoicing, group funding, maintenance of accounting records.
- Continuous monitoring and review of financial procedures, systems, and control.
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a finance role
- Fully Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Credible finance professional with detailed knowledge of pensions, investment management or similar sectors is essential
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail is essential
