An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a high-growth SME consultancy based in central London.

My client is a leading, independent consultancy based in central London. They have an £8m turnover with headcount approaching 70.
Description
Due to growth within the Finance team an opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to manage the Management Accounts team. The Finance Manager will be a key member of a growing and evolving team who has a passion for working with colleagues from across the business. The Finance Manager will be responsible for a timely and accurate month end close, monthly management reporting, working capital management and the ongoing development of the management accountants.
Profile
The successful Finance Manager will have the following credentials:
- Excellent Academic record from a top university
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Experience working within the consultancy/professional services/legal industry desirable
- Excellent Excel skills
- A record of establishing and improving financial processes
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Job Offer
- Basic salary £55,000 to £65,000
- 29 days Holiday + bank hols
- Private medical insurance
- Working hours of Mon-Thurs 9-5.30, 9-4 on Friday
- Hybrid working
