Experienced Financial Controller required to join a highly entrepreneurial property and construction business

Your new company
Your new company are an well established owner managed property business based in South Manchester who construct both high end private and commercial projects across the UK.

Your new role
In your new role as Financial Controller you will manage the day to day financial operation for the Group. This will include cash flow management, invoicing, payroll and stock management. You will have 3 direct reports that will assist you with the above. You will provide the senior management with insightful information to aid business panning. You will take ownership of finance planning for the business. You will complete all financial and management accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or QBE within the construction & property sector. You will be familiar with owner managed SME's and have a real can do attitude. You will have strong team management experience and thrive in an ever changing environment. Construction experience is preferred but not essential.

What you'll get in return
You'll receive a salary up to £55,000 plus benefits. You will immediately become part of the senior management team. You will join a stable business and team where you'll be given the autonomy to improve and implement processes to improve the finance function and wider business.
