Based in Milton Keynes, you will become a pivotal part of the on-site leadership team, managing the finance's for the site's operation.

Through business partnering, you will impact decision making and work with non-finance teams to ensure effectiveness & efficiency.

My client is a famous drinks brand with a long history. More recently, they have taken on an acquisition model to grow the brand in order to grow the business and to develop further into new markets.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:

  • Responsibility for the business performance cycle in Milton Keynes, including forecasting, analysis, month end and reporting
  • Being a key element of the site's leadership team, bringing in your financial expertise to decision making and to influence other stakeholders
  • Business partner with the operations team, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of their operational spend, using commercial and finance information to challenge and add value
  • Actively driving continuous development
  • Annual budgeting and delivering financial plans
  • Project & analysis work when required

Profile

The successful Finance Business Partner will be:

  • Qualified (i.e. ACA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.) or qualified by experience
  • Experienced in business partnering
  • Experienced working in a commercial finance function
  • Previous operational or manufacturing experience desirable, but not essential
