The individual would work with senior management on an effective growth strategy, ensuring compliance and integrity of procedures controls and balance sheet reconciliation to company standards.

This is a great opportunity to improve processes and reporting policies. This role also directly reports to the CFO of the organisation.
Description
- Develop and maintain KPIs linked to business strategy and reporting both Financial and Operational KPIs at a board level
- Monitor and develop the financial and operational control environment
- Manage and improve the management account's function, driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Take ownership of business processes and controls, ensuring the overall financial controls framework for the business is operating effectively and efficiently
- Manage the finance team of 4-5 direct reports
Profile
Key essentials of the Financial Controller
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong ERP system knowledge and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to plan, budget and forecast
- High level of commercial awareness
- Strong hands-on financial analysis experience
