Senior Financial Accountant - Real Estate
Your new company
You will be working for a top 10 real estate company with operations both in the UK and on a large international scale. Their primary focus is in commercial property and they are trusted as consultants across the industry to provide up to date information and support. We have worked with them for multiple years to grow their finance team, so know that they offer a great hybrid working model and operate from a really nice office with a Central London location.
Your new role
You will be an Interim Senior Financial Accountant, working with the team to deliver:
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Cashflow forecasting including weekly and monthly cashflow actual vs forecast reporting
- Risk mapping reporting for international teams
- Intercompany reporting
- Liaising with non-financial staff members including the professional fee earners
What you'll need to succeed
You need to be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA fully qualified accountant (or international accountant). This role requires prior experience producing reports and financial statements along with strong IFRS knowledge. Analytical skills will also be needed to recommend improvements, carry out forecasting, and work with non-finance teams.
