Your new role
As Chief Finance and Operations Officer, you will play a leading role in developing and implementing the Trust's growth and business plans, whilst overseeing all aspects of the Trust's finance and operations ensuring compliance and improving the business capability, effectiveness, and overall efficiency of the Trust.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Chartered Accountant, educated to Degree Level and with min 3-5 years experience in a similar role. Education experience would be nice but not essential and a Team player attitude with strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset is a must. The ideal candidate for this role will be committed, ambitious, bright and have the ability to see opportunities presented to them.
