Interim Head of Finance - Hospitality - London
Your new company
I'm currently working with a hospitality group that is made up of a number of different restaurant and fast food brands. You will be working in one of their businesses which is made up of over 20 restaurants.
Your new role
You will be reporting directly into the MD of the business and managing the finances for the 20 entities. You have a small team of management accountants/Finance Managers reporting into you as well as a shared transactional finance team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance function - all financial and management reporting as well as improving and streamlining processes and systems.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with experience within hospitality, hotels, retail or similar multi-site sector. You will be happy working directly in a fast-paced business where you will be able to hit the ground running. Experience working with senior stakeholders and with a business to drive revenue growth through financial analysis.
What you'll get in return
You will be on a 6 month contract while they recruit the permanent hire (could go permanent). You will be working with a great team on a hybrid working model (3 days in London). You will be on a day rate of £400/day PAYE or salary of £80,000.
