Your new company
You will be joining an exciting SME who are growing within the manufacturing. This organisation will provide you with a collaborative environment which encourages growth. You will be joining this company at an exciting time in Farnham as a Finance Manager.


Your new role
As a Finance Manager, you will be joining a vibrant, welcoming, and friendly Finance Team. You will be very hands on within the role, creating monthly cashflow forecasts, preparing monthly management financial reports with variance analysis, VAT reporting, and the development & implementation of internal financial controls. You will also be managing the audit process, month end management accounts, and year end statutory accounts.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Finance but will also work closely with the Group Financial Controller to ensure the accurate and detailed delivery of financial information. Alongside this you will be managing a team of 3.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong technical post-qualification experience, the ability to work collaborative as a team, be highly numerate with strong analytical abilities. You will also need an eye for detail, sound business knowledge, and the ability to communicate this knowledge both orally and written.


What you'll get in return
In return for your expertise you'll receive up to £60k pa, Discretionary Bonus, 25 days annual leave, hybrid up to 2 days working from home per week, and free car parking.
