An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Finance Manager (Property Opex). The Finance Manager will manage all aspects of The organisation's Property Opex including month end accounting, all forecasting of key metrics and liaison with the shareholders.

Description

  • Ensure timely and accurate accounting of all the organisation's Property costs for the Anchor tenants and other 3rd parties, providing appropriate detailed supporting back up where required.
  • Oversee the finance aspects of the Property Outsource and Key Vendor contracts for rent and rates to ensure satisfactory service levels delivered to the business
  • Work with shareholders and vendors to establish, implement and improve and maintain Best Practice financial processes, systems and controls over the Property expenditure, including the remediation of any control weaknesses identified.
  • Manage and coach a finance analyst and supporting the analyst on their development.
  • Partner with the Estates team on key programmes.

Profile

  • Person Specification
  • Financial accounting/controllership knowledge and experience of managing relationships.
  • Professional finance qualification (e.g. ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Finance business partnering experience.
  • Intermediate excel skills.
  • IFRS 16 knowledge desired but not required.
