Finance Analyst
Your new company
A reputable Real Estate company based in the City of London are currently hiring for a Finance Analyst to join their Group Reporting & FP&A team. A global business with a varied portfolio of Real Estate, this is a great opportunity to join a well-established business.
Your new role
This is a varied and interesting role which will include:
- Supporting with financial monthly close
- Headcount reporting
- Overview of month end reporting including P&L, headcount reports, expenditure reports and more
- Creating new models for analysis
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for business lines
- Forecasting with budget holders
- Supporting the annual budgeting process
- Working closely with Group FP&A team
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified Accountant with experience working in a large Accountancy Firm or previous industry experience with large corporate companies. The role will suit an ambitious and personable individual and you will have a good knowledge of using Excel and working with large data sets. An interest in Group FP&A and working as part of a large team will be required.
