Reporting into a Global CFO, this is a unique and rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing international property developer and design agency. You'll have responsibility for the Central Commercial Finance function and team, and have a global oversight of the business's strategy framework. This role would suit a hands on and experienced FP&A specialist who wants to work in a fast-paced, international PE environment

  • The business was bought 2 years ago by a reputable PE firm and have since grown aggressively via acquisition

Description

  • This is a newly created position to report into a Global CFO and work in conjunction with a Group Finance Director
  • You will be able to combine your technical expertise with business acumen to communicate with both financial and non-financial internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will lead, manage and develop the Commercial Finance team which will include 6 x Regional finance leads
  • You'll be responsible for all the monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
  • You will coordinate the adoption of a common set of analysis/KPIs across countries, following Global directives

Profile

  • 10+ years of experience working in world class FP&A functions
  • A background in financial modelling, corporate finance or commercial finance
  • Proven leadership experience at a senior level
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders at an Executive level

Job Offer

  • Up to 30% bonus
  • 2-3 days working from home
  • 7-10% pension contribution
