Description
Based in the Barnstaple offices joining as a Manager you will manage the all around accounts/tax and wider service delivery to a portfolio of clients. Alongside managing the compliance and delivery on the client side you will work with your team in a review/mentoring and training capacity and also lead and focus on delivering added value, advisory and planning work across accounts and tax. The firm has a circa 60/40 split acting for Rural sector/agricultural landed estates and HNWIs, alongside a wider commercial client base of OMBs, SMES and limited companies across varying sectors and turnovers. A clear progression path is on offer as well, with a route to develop within this successful firm.
Profile
For this Manager role you will hold any of the AAT, ACA /ACCA/ CTA qualifications etc, or have developed your career entirely through experience alone, with a strong background in accountancy practice having developed your career to the Senior Accountant / Manager levels . There is requirement and genuine need to hire across a range of experience levels within the firm, so applicants right across this range of experience are invited to apply as there is genuine l scope to mould the level and fit around the right persons background and motivations. You will have an all-around accounts/tax career background gained within any of small, medium or large accountancy firms, as an all-round general accountancy practice professional
Job Offer
