Description
- Preparation of group FRS 102 annual statutory accounts
- Preparation of the groups multiple annual consolidated accounts
- Preparation of the groups iXBRL accounts and submission to Companies House
- Preparation of the groups monthly interest charges and holding company accounts
- Preparation of the consolidated monthly management accounts
- Liaising with external auditors
- Preparation of full audit files ahead of the groups audit
- Calculation of monthly holding company accounts and monthly consolidated accounts
- Provide information to the group tax advisors and process the groups tax computations through Caseware
Profile
- ACCA/ACA qualified
- Experience managing the year end process
- Understanding of the tax computations and posting of tax journals
- A minimum of 3 years experience of statutory accounts preparation
- Experience with working alongside a Big 4
- Experienced in Microsoft Office and advanced use of Excel spreadsheets and Word
- Experience of Caseware, Sage 50 and similar software
