Job Details

This role will be supporting the process of professionalisation and modernisation of the Finance function within the Group. Leading on the management accounting responsibilities for the business, this role will allow the right candidate to quickly develop and transform the crucial management information provided to the senior leadership team, directly influencing the commercial and operational decision-making on a day-to-day basis

Description

  • Management accounting and business partnering of the business
  • Stakeholder management within the finance team as well with the operational and commercial divisional colleagues.
  • Forming strong relationships with colleagues will be key to success in this role.
  • Expansion of scope of management information reported to the Board
  • Identifying, designing and implementing finance processes and control improvement

Profile

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE will be considered where knowledge of a stock-led business can be demonstrated
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills and expertise
  • Audit experience is desirable
  • Experience of Sage is desirable. Experience of Orderwise or a similar stock-management system is highly desirable
  • Desire to establish one's self in an established and successful company, embracing an opportunity to develop
  • Prior experience in working in a fast paced growing organisation with tight deadlines
