Client Details
My client is looking for their next Finance Business Partner, to ensure smooth running's operationally and the ability to influence business decisions.
Description
- Supporting decision making in the operations teams
- Account production including metrics and KPI's - accountability over KPI's
- Reporting on behalf of operations and finance team
- P&L, balance sheet and budget/forecast responsibility
- Acting as a business partner to the heads of the operational teams
- Month end data and process is finalised with accuracy
- The mentoring and development of junior analysts, ensuring their progress is managed and looked after
Profile
- Fully qualified accountant - (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
- Manufacturing/FMCG experience is essential
- Past Finance Business Partnering or Financial Controller experience
- The ability to interpret and condense complex data
- Great interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate financial elements to non-financial stakeholders
Job Offer
- £65,000 salary, £5,500 car allowance and 10% bonus
- The role is hybrid, with 2-3 days in office with flexibility around this
