This International, multi-site retail business has acquisitively established its broad physical footprint across the globe, and partners with a range of brands to enhance their product offering to customers. Their vast portfolio has been consistently added to over the last few years, and they have a strong pipeline of additional sites to be opened internationally over the next 12 months.

Your new role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll look after all aspects of management reporting including running frequent appraisals on site and product performance. You'll take the understanding of this information further by presenting it to various stakeholders and business partnering with stakeholders to fully understand variances and drive profitability.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a sound accounting knowledge from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification. You'll demonstrate natural leadership qualities and a personality to clearly present large data sets in a palatable way to non-finance colleagues. Strong data modelling and FP&A skills will form part of your day to day, additionally a commercial awareness of key business drivers will need to be demonstrated at interview.
