Finance Business Partner / Systems Consultant - Mid-Kent - Part or Fully Qualified - £45k - £65k (DOE)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished and ideally qualified finance professional to join my client, a dynamic FinTech business based in Kent.

Your new role

A unique and exciting role for a commercially astute accountant (Qual or PQ) who relishes the opportunity to influence their stakeholder audience. You will utilise you finance and technology skills in order to support a portfolio of customers in order to utilise their suite of finance systems and tools in order to provide better management information and insights which optimising revenue growth and the performance of their respective businesses.

Role responsibilities:
* To provide tailored consulting services, including training in the use of the company's system products, either at the company's training centre or where required, at user firms' offices, or as a virtual classroom session.
* To attend client Discovery meetings pre and/or post sale to assess client requirements and define implementation and consulting project plans.
* Directing members of the project teams as needed to ensure successful project / system implementations.
* Represent the company at periodic Client Service meetings.
* Support the Sales team and provide pre-sales support: 1- Review client reporting requirements, 2- Query handling, 3- Preparation of commercial proposals.
* To assist senior management in maintaining and/or developing suitable training material for use on the company's training courses.
* To work with subject matter experts to research, develop and deliver new material including, articles, video and audio content.
* Where required, to travel to clients within the UK and Ireland with overnight stays and some travelling time outside of work hours.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have prior financial software implementation experience and strong customer service skills. You will be a CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified accountant, with sound accounts, audit and data analytics experience. You will also ideally have a particular interest in cloud technology and how it supports the work of an accounting team, and you are likely to have had some experience of using automated accounts production and auditing systems. You will also have, a track record of successful system implementation projects. Strong active listening and customer interaction skills. Have a strong ability to understand the root of a client request as it relates to their company goals and translate this into a commercially viable solution for all parties. And the ability to document technical solutions and best practices to build a knowledge base for client implementations.

What you'll get in return
A salary of between £45,000 and £65,000 dependant on experience, plus a range of company benefits and hybrid working.
