Your new company

This established and expanding CA firm have an enviable reputation and have clients across a number of sectors including; agriculture, food & drink, life sciences, pharmaceutical and agriculture. The firm offer a wide range of accountancy services including; accounts, audit, taxation and advisory. Followed sustained success in Scotland, the firm are now expanding into Newcastle and are looking for an audit manager to join them on this exciting journey.

Your new role

Initially supporting Scottish audit engagements, as the firm grows you will be on hand to support the audit partner in delivering local work and growing a local practice. You will be involved in client acquisition, on-boarding and the delivery of a range of audit engagements. You will be an ambassador for the firm and will be involved in a wide range of business development activities as well as leadership responsibilities as the firm grows.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience of leading an audit team in a well regarded firm and will hold a relevant qualification such as CA/ACA/ACCA. You will also be looking for an exciting new challenge and have a great commercial mindset and leadership potential.
