If you’re committed to professional development, dedicated to developing practices that strengthen and complement what we can achieve and, most importantly, are excited by our mission, then we want to hear from you.

Through offering outstanding, personable accountancy and financial services for more than 30 years, we’ve made a positive difference to our clients’ businesses and lives. We’ve created an environment where authentic relationships with both clients and employees can flourish, so that we can all grow and be successful together, and we’re now in the position to grow our team and welcome new team members who share our vision and values.

What we’re looking for

Our continued growth is a direct result of our commitment to putting client care at the centre of what we do, by taking pride in delivering outstanding work and understanding our role within our company and how we contribute to its culture. This can only be achieved thanks to our dedicated team who are empowered to be the best they can be in the positive, open, and supportive culture we foster every single day.

We have a significant growth plan for the next five years and we’re looking to recruit motivated individuals with a commercial approach for both, our Ascot and Putney accounting and audit teams.

Our ideal candidate will be:

· Fully ACA/ACCA qualified and will be competent in all aspects of audit and accounts work, including accounting standards, corporate taxation, mainstream personal taxation and mainstream VAT.

· Manage audit and accounting assignments, liaising directly with Senior Managers and Partners to ensure the smooth running of assignments, and keeping all stakeholders informed of progress on engagements.

· Liaise directly with clients throughout engagements to ensure outstanding client service is provided, ensuring that positive and harmonious professional relations are maintained while managing the effective completion of work assignments.

Complete complex aspects of work, including preparing the final output for engagements.

· Support our trainees and newly qualified team members with their learning and development, co-ordinating work assignments, providing advice and performance feedback in a constructive manner, and helping them to become effective and productive members of the team.

Be proactively commercial in your approach, highlighting to Partners any opportunities to promote our full range of additional services to both current, and potentially new clients.

A working knowledge of CCH is desirable.
