Financial Crime Manager
Your new company
Financial Crime Manager opportunity in one of UK's highest rated Merchant Banks. The company provides multiple services to clients and customers, including deposit taking, lending and wealth management. This Senior role would give you the opportunity to bring new project ideas to the business and help implementing those.
Your new role
You will be responsible of identifying gaps in the firm's policies and framework, implement improvements and ensure that projects are managed and controlled and in line with the Bank's methodology. This role will also involve dealing with stakeholders and gaining their support in delivering resolutions to the gaps in the business.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in stakeholder management and project management in a bank within the Financial Crime function is required, along with ability so self-identify, own and implementing improvements. The right candidate is dynamic, creative and has strong change management & planning skills within Financial Crime.
