Client Details
The role of the Senior Finance Analyst (Pricing) is to support the senior leadership within operations and the regional management team with the provision of timely and relevant reporting on Operations.
The position itself reports into an experienced CFO, whilst focusing on maintaining strong relationships with the varied non-finance stakeholders.
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake analysis of potential alternative solutions to strategic issues (e.g. asset utilisation programme, manufacturing footprint, digital development plans, product innovation).
- Undertake analysis into operational (conversion) costs across the business and develop effective tracking mechanisms that focus on key areas of opportunity or risk.
- Undertake analysis to support the UK operational team and Cluster Operations Business Partners to better understand the drivers of productivity.
- Provide guidance and appropriate data input when required in support of business case development, such as CAPEX requests Compiles the collection of data and creation of reports on behalf of the Region
- Work under the supervision of the CFO to drive accurate reporting on capex
- Support benefits tracking for key projects and functional priorities
Profile
What you will need...
- Qualified within accountancy (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
- Knowledge of financial management and commercial awareness.
- Strong IT/ Advanced Excel skills
- Strong accounting system knowledge, preferably experience of SAP
- Experience within a large, complex and fast paced business
- The ability to meet tight deadlines
- The ability to effectively engage with varied stakeholders
