A hugely exiciting commercial finance opportunity with a leading, well-known restaurant / retail group. The FP&A Manager role is a key member of the Finance team, supporting the FD and FC with important commercial insight.

Description
- Act as deputy for the FC, covering meetings and workload when they are not available.
- Line management responsibility for 1 x FP&A analyst.
- Lead on collation of periodic financial results, preparing a near final summary for FC review before distribution to senior stakeholders and appropriate presentations for the multi-level stakeholders of DFB.
- Lead the collation of DFB results as appropriate, liaising with each of the Business Unit teams when required to deliver a combined view of performance.
- Help manage the balance sheet, liaising on the key risks and opportunities and reporting appropriately. Attend balance sheet reviews as appropriate.
- Be the finance business partner on key items such as cost saving plan and dartboard, as well as other items which arise.
- Be the expert on property matters, including Ops Capital, Repairs and annual budgeting for Development Capex.
- Support the FC on annual strategic planning exercises across the business.
