Your new company
Highly successful & expanding - both organically & through acquisitions - group based in Medway. There should be two further acquisitions within the next six months (likely to be in the North of England). Some travel to the sites, including the proposed new acquisitions, may be required.

Your new role

This exciting role will support the CFO with the processes required to manage all financial aspects of the Group, and its proposed expansion and expected enhanced reporting. This includes due diligence on acquisitions, engagement with advisors and our private equity owners, refinance of the Group, consistency of finance policy and process across the Group companies, budgeting, forecasting, developing analytics, and the integration of acquisitions into the broader finance structure.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Advanced Excel
Experience with Sage an advantage
Multi-site or service industry background would be helpful
Team working skills
Ability to work with high volumes of data and meet deadlines
Office based
