Excellent part-time finance manager opportunity with well-respected, growing client

Your new company
An established, profitable and in-growth business in Bradford is looking to recruit a part-time (25-30 hours) Finance Manager on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As the Finance Manager, you will be working very closely with the 2 directors of the business and handling all day-to-day finance operations including:

  • Monthly management accounts, including leading the monthly meeting
  • Managing the transactional finance team of 2
  • Year-end accounting (working externally with an accountancy firm)
  • Forecasting, budgets, fixed asset register
  • Business partnering & stakeholder management
  • Payroll

What you'll need to succeed
Due to the varied, all encompassing nature of this role, you will be an experienced finance professional with prior roles focusing on the duties above. You will ideally be qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), have experience in payroll & team management and Sage 50/Payroll. The ability to build successful working relationships with all levels is essential in this role and you should be able to demonstrate this.

What you'll get in return
This role is offering a competitive salary up to £45,000 for the right person as well as a great benefits package including:

  • Working hours: 25-30, flexible when this is done between 7:30am - 6pm)
  • 21 holidays + stat
  • Hybrid working as an option (following probation)
  • On-site parking
