Client Details
I'm currently working with an instantly recognisable Arm's Length Government body who are looking to appoint a high calibre Head of Finance on a 15 month Maternity Cover Contract
Description
Reporting to an impressive Corporate Director you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of all month end, quarter end and year end financial reporting
- Preparing budgetary information (annual budget and performing re-forecasting)
- Supporting the leadership team in managing successful governance
- Being the key contact with Internal Audit
Profile
The Successful Candidate:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA over Overseas Equivalent)
- Experience managing a small team of 2/3 people
- Previous hands on experience with technical accounting
- Immediately available or available at a short notice period (2 weeks or less)
Job Offer
- Initial 15 month contract with the opportunity to go permanent
- Salary between £70,000 and £90,000
