Management Accountant job - Rapidly Growing Recruitment Company - Bromley - Study Support to finish your exams
Your new company
You will be working for a fast growing, multinational recruitment and resourcing business. Based out of smart, open offices in Bromley, they pride themselves on their quality of service, with every member of front and back office expected to maintain high standards. The company have a strong environmental message, which influences all parts of their business. This role is newly created due to growth.
Your new role
You will be joining a Finance team of 3, reporting into the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for preparing full pack monthly management accounts including P&Ls and commentary. You will also produce financial accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and VAT returns. There will be multinational work, with different currencies and regulations, complex budgeting and commissions based accounting. You will support the Finance Manager on an ad-hoc basis, and oversee the work of a junior staff member.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be part-qualified or finalist ACCA, ACA or CIMA, and actively studying. You will have experience putting together a set of management accounts in a similar role. You will have exceptional communications skills, with stakeholders at all levels. IT skills are essential, including strong Microsoft Excel. You must be comfortable problem solving and analysing large datasets. Experience in the recruitment sector is desirable but not essential. Candidates with a passion for the environment will be at an advantage.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience, plus study support towards your qualification. The company operate on a hybrid pattern, with 3 days in the office per week and 2 from home. You will be eligible for a generous pension contribution, private healthcare after 12 months, and team incentives such as trips abroad.
