Your new company
You will working for a real estate company with an impressive history of successful property investment across Europe. At present they have over £1billion of assets under management and are backed by a variety of investors. They have offices across Europe, this role will be based in their London office which they operate a hybrid working model from.

Your new role
You will be a Fund Accountant, reporting into the Fund Controller, with key responsibilities including:

• Preparing annual statutory accounts and quarterly management accounts
• Maintaining records for the UK entities
• Preparing quarterly investor and board reports
• Working with Yardi and Sage accounting systems
• Assisting with the annual audit process

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant, with good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach towards work. An all round technical accounting skill set which you have gained from training in audit that you are now looking to implement into the real estate space. This would also be a great opportunity for a contractor who has past experience of a fund environment and is immediately available for their next role.

What you'll get in return
You will be working for an established company based in the heart of the London real estate sector. Due to their global operations you will have the opportunity to liaise with the international entities. This role is being offered on a day rate from £300 and there is also the potential for this position to become permanent after a few months for the right candidate.
