Your new company
This successful multi-site retail business have experienced year on year growth for the last 5 years and continue to seek further opportunities for expansion.

Your new role
You will be providing audit and assurance to ensure appropriate controls are in place, and that risks are appropriately managed, this will include the development of comprehensive risk management systems and processes. In addition this role has a strong compliance element, profiling and assessing customers and monitoring internal standards and ethics. You will also take a lead in delivering the organisations sustainability agenda.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to be an experienced audit and compliance professional. It is likely you will have a financial background including either an accounting or internal audit qualification, however, finding the right culture fit and experience is more important.
