An Interim Business Analyst job for a large corporate organisation based in Warwick, hybrid working
Your new company
Hays are delighted to be working exclusively with our worldwide corporate client based in Warwickshire, seeking a Business Analyst to support with process mapping and improvements within their finance function. This is a 9 month assignment with the potential for extension.
Your new role
The Business Analyst will assist closely with transformation and strategy, identifying and mapping processes in order to make improvements. Main responsibilities will include:
- Present back completed processes, gain approval on findings, and sign-off of the mapped processes.
- Help identify issues, risks and efficiency opportunities in the process.
- Flag and escalate any issues when required.
- Implement improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this interim assignment you should be an experienced Business Analyst with a clear history of process mapping and process improvements. Being either degree educated or a part/fully qualified accountant would be desirable. You should be available to begin your new assignment in early March, and must possess the right to work in the UK at the time of applying (no sponsorship will be offered for this role).
