Finance Manager job - Market Leading Manufacturing and Distribution Company - Epsom - £60,000
Your new company
You will be working for a market-leading manufacturing and distribution company within the technology space. Based out of smart, modern offices, they aim to be at the cutting edge of new technology, with a key focus on sustainability and innovation in their design. They bring a wealth of experience in their field, with strong brand values and an ambitious long term plan.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the management of the finance team. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will have two team members who you will oversee looking after the ledgers. Your responsibility will be for the end to end management accounts for the company, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations. You will report financial performance back to senior stakeholders, monitoring cashflow and overseeing KPIs. You will also look after the payroll submission and reporting, VAT, and prepare for audits.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA, or Qualified by Experience. You will bring a proven track record of financial performance within an SME, ideally with a distribution or manufacturing element. You'll need to have managed teams, and feel comfortable working to tight deadlines while maintaining high degrees of accuracy. Payroll experience is highly advantageous, as is experience on Netsuite. You will have strong Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
