An Interim Commercial Finance Manager role for a leading Engineering Services business in Manchester.
Your new company
A growing, Private Equity backed, engineering services business in Manchester.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance you will be responsible for all aspects of commercial reporting, analysis and decision support. You will provide high quality MI and commercial financial analysis of the business to support decision making. You will also help develop core finance areas such as monthly management accounts, P&L and Balance Sheet forecasting, cash forecasts, budgeting & forecasting. You will also lead on processes & systems improvements. You will also act as a business partner to the operational management team and help them drive improvements to gross margin results.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with strong management accounting and commercial experience.
You`ll have a collaborative working style with internal and external parties and strong communication skills.
You will have an analytical & logical approach to understand the reasons behind changes and be able to suggest actions to improve best practice. You will be available to start at short notice.
