Group Financial Controller - Maternity Cover | Up to £100K + Car + Bonus | Hybrid Working in Swindon | PLC
Your new role
Due to maternity leave, our client is seeking an experienced senior finance leader to manage, develop, and lead their large multi-disciplinary finance function and shared service centre. The role is a key member of the senior leadership team and works closely with the CFO to ensure a strong financial control environment and support the Group's growth plans.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant, ideally with a practice background and experience leading a finance function in a PLC environment. Candidates who are available at short notice are particularly of interest due to the fixed start date (March 2023).
What you'll get in return
- Base salary of £80,000 - £100,000
