Your new company
We are partnered exclusively with an international leading organisation based in Kings Lynn, who have sustainability and efficiency at the heart of what they do as an organisation. Due to a promotion within the finance team, this leading organisation are looking to appoint a Finance Manager on a full time permanent basis.

Your new role
You will manage the day to day financial and accounting operations of the finance office for both entities. Along with providing technical and functional support to the Finance Director.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Production of monthly management accounts
  • Producing year end statutory accounts
  • Weekly cashflow forecasts
  • Review and process payments
  • Review and process invoices
  • Maintenance and valuation of stock
  • Ensuring account records are kept up to date
  • Review cost analysis reports
  • Monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries
  • Preparation and review of the VAT Returns
  • Liaise with Auditors at year end
  • Manage and supervise the x2 Finance Assistants
  • To comply with all UK & European H&S legislation
  • To comply with all company policies and procedures

This will be an office based role with flexibility on working hours if needed. The standard working hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am-2pm Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have experience in a similar role with responsibilities of a small finance team. You will also have experience in producing stat accounts, annual financial audits, be able to communicate effectively at all levels across the organisation and be able to work as part of a close knit team.

On offer is a competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience, with the added benefits of:

  • Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day every third year to a maximum of 30 days per annum plus bank holidays
