Your new role
This role will oversee local accountants and wider staff supporting the CFO based in New York. Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the local finance team
• Overseeing HR, IT and finance
• Manage AP/AR and billing
• Month close - P&L reconciliation and revenue recognition
• Project, contract and client negotiation

What you'll need to succeed
With circa 10 years accounting experience within a similar creative business, and ideally in a business over £50m. Management experience of teams of between 5 to 10 people is essential, as well as excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and external clients.
