Your new company
Hays are working with a large Poole organisation, who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their team on a hybrid basis.


Your new role
To provide support and assistance to the appropriate finance manager in delivering a comprehensive financial accounting, management information and advisory service to elected members. Prepare in conjunction with the Finance Manager and Management Accountant annual revenue and/or capital budgets.

  • Assist in the preparation of company accounts.
  • Month-end Journals/Reconciliations
  • Preparation of management information
  • Preparation of capital budgets
  • Deliver comprehensive financial accounting
  • Statutory declarations/VAT returns
  • Cashflow management
  • Provide financial analysis




What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an individual who has experience with the preparation of budget accounts, the ability to provide advice to managers of various levels including costing exercises. The candidate should be AAT level 4 qualified as a minimum and someone that is looking for your next step on the career ladder. You should have strong IT skills including Excel as well as good communication skills and attention to detail.
