Your new company
My client is a 3 Partner firm of chartered accountants with an excellent reputation, a loyal and broad client base. There is the opportunity for a qualified Tax Manager to join their team, progression available to Director/Partner available.
Your new role
With the support of the tax team, you will:
- Lead the tax department and be the focal point for the client portfolio.
- Familiarise yourself with the portfolio, liaise with the clients, handling enquiries, leading meetings and understanding their financial positions providing expert advice.
- Delegate work accordingly amongst your team and have overall responsibility for ensuring all work is completed to deadlines.
- Role is a mix of compliance and advisory
What you'll need to succeed
You will be CTA or ATT qualified. You will have previously held a tax manger position within Practice. You will need to have excellent communication skills in order to liaise with clients accordingly, in a friendly and open manner.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £55,000 plus pension. Hybrid working is available with 2 days working from home. There is an opportunity to progress to Director/Partner and there is also on-site parking. There is the opportunity for the successful candidate to work towards becoming a Director in the future
