Our client, Inclusive Employers, established in 2011, is proud to be the UK’s first and leading cross sector membership organisation working with employers in their goal to build inclusive workplaces and diverse workforces.  Inclusive Employers boasts of a broad client base which includes multinationals, government institutions, public services, professional sport and sporting authorities. Working across the whole spectrum of inclusion, in addition to member services, Inclusive Employers designs and delivers training, consultancy, qualifications and benchmarking solutions and runs the annual campaign “National Inclusion Week”. They work in partnership with  members and clients  to bring together best practice and cutting edge thinking to promote innovation in this area and support employers to gain from the benefits of inclusion.

Inclusive Employers employees report that they enjoy an “extremely supportive team culture”... “a high level of autonomy”… with “freedom and the chance to be creative”.
