Your new company
Recognised employer of choice seek to appoint a finance leader with a mix of technical and commercial skills to join their high performance culture. The role can be based in either their North East Hampshire or Surrey sites.

Your new role
You will be responsible for a range of accounting duties which include budgeting and forecasting activities through to the production of the management and financial reports. You will analysis and provide commentaries on key variances whilst owning month and year end close for your portfolio. Furthermore you will liaise with a range of stakeholders on a global basis and drive best practice through the utilisation of business intelligence and power BI tools. You will play a key role in the annual audit process and oversee any ad-hoc projects and requests from the business as they crop up. You will manage a small team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with strong technical and commercial accounting skills. You will have ideally worked within a larger business with exposure to dealing with stakeholders at both a local and international level. Strong time management and attention to detail skills are essential. A good appreciation for excel is also important.
