Part Time (or Full-Time) Head of Finance Opportunity | Manufacturing SME | Calne | £60,000 FTE | Permanent
Your new role
You'll be joining an established international manufacturing business to take overall financial responsibility for the organisation, leading the experienced team based across multiple sites and working closely with the external accountants and advisors.
Reporting to the CEO, you'll be influencing the business' strategy and ensuring that the relevant processes and procedures are implemented in order to facilitate the growth plans. This is a broad senior leadership role with line management, and offers an experienced finance professional both exceptional professional growth but also work-life balance.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be an experienced finance leader with line management experience and expertise producing management accounts, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and year end accounts and audit.
Full qualification is preferred but part-qualified / qualified by experience candidates are also encouraged to apply.
What you'll get in return
This opportunity can either be worked on a full time (37.5 hours) or part time (25 hours) basis depending on experience, with remuneration expected to be in the region of £45,000 - £60,000 (full time equivalent).
