A leading independent firm within Maidenhead is looking for an experienced Audit & Accounts professional to join their growing team. Our client combines their financial expertise, experience and accessibility of their talented team with a deep understanding of their clients to help achieve their goals.
Your new role
This is an exciting role as a result of our continued expansion. You'll work with a fun, dynamic team in our open plan offices in Maidenhead with the flexibility of hybrid working. You will ensure accounting, audit and tax assignments are completed on a timely and compliant basis and within agreed timescales.
You'll work in tandem with our Audit and Accounts Senior Manager or Director managing the delivery of assignments to ensure that they run smoothly to time and within the fee budget.
Whilst providing coaching to less experienced members of the team. You will have gained experience in a similar role within a practice environment and be used to working within a team. This exciting role will suit those that are confident, communicative, committed to learning and have a 'can-do' attitude. You need to be a good team player with great organisational skills, managing work-load and deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be supported a qualified (ACA/ACCA) Accountant who has experience across audit and accounts. You'll have a progressive, technically focused nature.
