Senior Accountant job in Arbroath for 1 year, Salary £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
Your new company
Hays Senior Finance are recruiting on behalf of their established Manufacturing client based in Arbroath for a Senior Accountant to join their small & busy finance team for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave. This role offers a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will performs various activities involving complex accounting reports and accounting analysis with related spreadsheets. You will prepare, analyse & distribute financial & management reports including variance analysis. You will finance business partner with multiple teams across the business. You will also complete some more junior responsibilities including prepare balance sheet reconciliations & posting journals for accounting transactions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Accountant who has excellent Financial & Management Accounting experience. You will have strong experience within financial analysis, reporting & forecasting. You will have strong IT skills including Excel
What you'll get in return
