Your new role
This well known charity are seeking an interim Financial Controller for a 6 month period to help with audit & accounts preparation & also the general day-to-day running of the finance team
Seeking someone who is confident & also very personable, who can put an arm around the finance team & help oversee the day to day functions. The FD is ideally looking for an experienced interim- who has done a similar role & can come in & hit the ground running. You will oversee a team of 3 direct reports- overall team of 6- with a T/O around £18 million income. Sector experience is not essential- just wants a great experience FC. 6-month temp day rate role- would like someone in asap to support the pending month end.
This is a 6 month interim assignment, starting immediately, with a 2 stage interview process (1st via Teams & then 2nd in person in their office)
What you'll need to succeed
- You must be immediately available to start as soon as next week
- You must be fully qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
- You must have relevant interim / senior interim experience
- You must be able to work in the Bristol office at least 2.5-3 days a week
- You must have line management experience & be confident leading a team
