Your new company
I am excited to be supporting a Local Authority north of London who is searching for an Interim Close Down Accountant to support with the closure of their 22/23 accounts and also support with the Audit process of their 21/22 accounts.

Your new role
As the Interim Close Down Accountant your role is to support to Senior Finance Manager completing and submitting the 22/23 accounts on time and accurately. Whilst that have a strong background with Capital, they are looking for an established and Technically strong interim to ensure they not falling behind.

Key area's you will focus on include;
- Income and Statement Expenditure
- Cash Flow Forecasting
- Collection Fund
- HRA Accounting
- Accruals

What you'll need to succeed
As the Interim Close Down Accountant you will bring a wealth of experience of the year end process. You will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously in the close down process. You will be able to attend the offer once a week with 80% of the role working from home.
