Your new company
You will be joining the Head Office of a well known organisation based close to Weybridge, Surrey. Whilst hybrid working is encouraged, the offices are modern with access to onsite café and gym! The office has excellent train links to both Central London and the South Coast. Additionally there is plenty of free parking onsite.
Your new role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be taking on a key role with a high level of autonomy. As part of the team who oversee planning and forecasting, you will be owning month end with commentary around variances to forecast, budget and prior year. You'll be a key business partner to Operational Managers and cost centre Managers to drive finance performance, presenting data, advising and challenging. This is high profile role and you will be working with some of the most Senior Execs in the business!
What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/overseas equivalent), you should have exceptional communication skills and be confident business partnering with non-finance, presenting complex data. You should also be confident in both a team and autonomous role and be proactive in achieving tight deadlines.
