Financial Reporting Manager - Property and Real State Company - First Time Mover from Practice - £50,000

Your new company
A large property and real estate company based in Manchester. This business is going through a period of rapid growth currently and is looking to expand its finance team with a Reporting Manager from practice.

Your new role
As Financial Reporting Manager you will help with the year-end process alongside financial reporting, management reporting, documenting procedures, testing controls and bank reconciliations. You will also help to implement a new piece of software.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a newly qualified accountant (ACA ACCA) from practice and at Senior Associate / Assistant Manager level in your current role. You'll have strong technical accounting skills and be looking to make your first step into industry. Desirable skills include experience of property and tax.
