Accountant, Longham, £40-45k

Your new company
Hays are working with a large property management company in Longham, who are looking for an Accountant to join their team.


Your new role

• Assist in the preparation of company management accounts
• Month-end Journals/Reconciliations
• Preparation of management information e.g. customer profitability
• Management of customer rebates/promotions
• Supplier invoice processing
• Payment runs - Supplier statement reconciliations
• Creating intercompany recharge invoices
• Statutory declarations/VAT returns
• Cashflow management
• Invoice Discounting Reconciliation

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an individual who has experience within accounts either at an Accounts Assistant level and looking to progress into management Accounts, or with some experience in Management Accounts and looking for your next step on the career ladder. You should have strong IT skills including Excel as well as good communication skills and attention to detail
