Your new company
You will be working for a global developer, owner, and service provider of data centres in the Central London office. The company are relatively new to the market but have grown rapidly with a turnover of circa £30 million

Your new role
You will be a Management Accountant, working with a really impressive Finance Business Partner, with key responsibilities including:

• Preparing management accounts
• Partnering with executive leadership on their respective group functions
• Carrying out month end duties
• Cash flow forecasting for an asset based in their Americas region
• Ad hoc work supporting others in finance where required

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant who is keen to gain experience working in the real estate sector. You will have experience preparing management accounts and carrying out month end, and a good attitude towards working on this in a growing company on an international basis.
