This role has become available to lead the payroll operations for the firm, reporting directly into the Managing Partner.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be leading the payroll department to ensure that payroll services to clients are delivered with quality and meeting deadlines. You will ensure effective policies and procedures are implemented to provide a high quality service to a varied client base.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will have experience leading a payroll team within a payroll bureau environment. You will be a payroll professional who can lead from the front and able to drive continuous development and improvement within a team. You will demonstrate good organisation, time management and a commercial awareness to develop further opportunities for the wider team.
